September Fun!

Harrison is 7-months old today!  We’re celebrating this milestone with a trip to the doctor.  He’s had a cold for about 2-weeks and it’s not getting any better.  On a happier note, I gave him some Puffs yesterday, and while he made a funny face, he was excited to eat them.  I think he was proud to eat a snack at the same time as Lily.  What a big boy!

All done.  The puffs were a hit.

 

Last weekend, we enjoyed a visit from our friends Torry and John.  Their two sweet girls are wonderful playmates, and from the looks of these pictures we can assume that these four will be lifelong friends.  We’re already looking forward to our next get together with the Marszalek’s!

We also had a visit from Grammy and Granddad earlier in the month.  If you can believe it, we only have two pictures from their trip, and one I put in an earlier post.  Here, Lily is reading an interactive story on the iPad with them.

 

In late August, two of my friends from grad school came to visit.  Put Lily in a room with two ladies with an early childhood education background and wait for the fun to begin.  She was thrilled to have so much attention from Lore and Katie, and she can’t wait to have them visit again.

 

 

 

What a busy few weeks we've had.  October is shaping up to be even more so.  We can't wait to spend time with more family and friends.  We are certainly blessed to have all of these wonderful people in our lives.  Let the fun and excitement continue!
