Our Afternoon at Phillips Farm

On October 12th, with temps in the 80s (sigh), we took the kiddos to Phillips Farm for a rather hot afternoon at the pumpkin patch!  Here are some pictures of our activities.  Evelyn loved the hayride and playing in the corn.  Lily loved the big rolling wheels and Harrison enjoyed all things sporty, and I guess Justin did too, so no pics of basketball and football throwing!

 Corn!

Our little cowgirl trying to lasso a steer.  We couldn't figure it out.

Playing drums (big tubs) with hammers and old pipes, though it is hard to see what is in this picture.

Hayride selfie!

Picking out their own small pumpkins.

Evelyn's "say cheese" face.  She really was quite excited to find her perfect pumpkin!  At home, Evelyn calls her pumpkin her "pumpkin patch" and gives it kisses, saying "I love you pumpkin patch."

Harrison was "saving" two pumpkins for us to choose from while Justin made sure he didn't see any better ones.  No one else better try to take one until we've decided!

Later that night, after a delicious dinner at Mellow Mushroom, the kids found lots of corn in some places at bathtime, but Evelyn's diaper was the winner for most corn collected.
